The best card processing deal in Maryland. We go find it.
We’re a brokerage, not a processor. We put providers in competition for your business and hand you the numbers in plain English.
- No cost to you
- No obligation to switch
- Answer in two business days
Three steps. About two business days.
No sales visit required to get your numbers. If you’d rather do the whole thing over email, that’s completely fine.
Send two months of statements
Your last two processing statements are all we need. Together they carry every number required to price you accurately — volume, ticket size, card mix, and every fee you’re currently paying — without one unusual month skewing the picture.
We put providers in competition
We take your profile to the providers we work with and have them compete against each other for your business. You never make a call, sit through a pitch, or field a follow-up you didn’t ask for.
You get a plain-English comparison
One page. What you pay now, what you’d pay instead, and what it adds up to over a year. If the honest answer is “stay where you are,” we’ll tell you that too.
Why we’ll sometimes tell you to stay put
Some businesses are already on a genuinely competitive rate. Saying so costs us a sale and earns us the referral. That trade has always been worth it.
Hardware specced to how you actually take payment.
At the counter, across the room, or out at the curb — we spec the right setup, source it, and get it running. And if the equipment you already own carries over, we’ll tell you that instead of selling you a box.
Countertop station
A full register with a customer-facing screen for the counter.
Wireless handheld
Takes payment anywhere you can reach on Wi-Fi or cellular.
Mobile card reader
Pairs with a phone or tablet, so the card is present and prices better.
Customer PIN pad
Puts the tip prompt and the receipt choice in the customer’s hands.
Before you sign an equipment lease
A multi-year terminal lease frequently costs several times what the hardware is worth, renews on its own unless you catch the window, and often can’t be cancelled once it starts. Send yours along with your statements and we’ll read it and tell you what it actually commits you to.
The things owners actually ask.
The provider compensates us when a business we introduce decides to move forward. Nothing is added to your rate to cover it — the offer you see is the offer you get. If you review your numbers and decide to stay where you are, you owe us nothing and we part on good terms.
Because without them, any quote is a guess. Your statements show your real volume, average ticket, card mix, and every fee you’re currently paying. Those four things determine your pricing more than anything else. Anyone who quotes you a rate before seeing them is selling you a number, not a price.
We ask for two months because a single month can be misleading — a slow stretch, an unusually heavy one, an odd batch, or a seasonal swing. Two consecutive months show the real pattern and catch the fees that only bill on certain cycles, like annual, quarterly, or PCI charges.
No. The review is yours to keep either way. Plenty of owners take our breakdown back to their current provider and negotiate with it — that’s a completely legitimate use of it, and it still means you stopped overpaying.
Usually, yes. Early termination fees are often smaller than owners expect, and sometimes they don’t apply at all depending on how the agreement was written. We’ll read your terms, tell you the actual exit cost, and weigh it against the savings so you can see whether the math works. Sometimes it doesn’t, and we’ll say so.
Curious what you’re actually paying?
Most owners are surprised. It takes two statements to find out.
